Good evening everyone,
I hope you all are rested and ready for another week. We are quickly approaching the end of August. It's hard to believe.
Our thanks to everyone who came out to the stadium last Friday to support all that is Inderkum. Our football team won their game with a score of 69-0 against American Canyon, and our band had a great start to the season.
Here are your announcements:
In volunteer news, our continued thanks to those families who volunteer at our Sunday bingo sessions. We appreciate your time and dedication to this extremely important fundraising opportunity. Bingo proceeds fund the majority of the educational opportunities in the music program, and without them, student fees would markedly increase. Bingo volunteerism does not require any special skill or experience. Please consider joining us and we'll show you everything you need to know! The sign-up genius is available for viewing. You may also visit Sacramento Bingo Center's website or our website for more information. Please reach out to our volunteer coordinators directly with specific questions not addressed by other resources.
Continuing with volunteer news, our sign-up genius for all home football games is now available. Please take a moment to examine the volunteer opportunities at these games, and come on out to support all that is Inderkum!
In regards to volunteerism with the Inderkum Music Program, a more detailed explanation of the expectations for volunteering in the program will be distributed soon in the form of a message from our booster president. Please be on the lookout for that communication.
Our fundraising events are continually being planned. Please be on the lookout for communications about these events.
Your students have received numerous forms from the band directors, some of which required parent signatures and submission to the directors. Forms that required submission are now past due. Please connect with your students and encourage them to return the forms tomorrow, Monday August 27th (the membership agreement form with money is due August 30th). Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Please mark your calendar with these important dates:

Please note: If you also have students attending Witter Ranch, Two Rivers, American Lakes, Paso Verde, or H Allen Hight, our parent meeting could conflict with these schools' Back to School Night scheduled that evening. Please plan accordingly.

Many of our music students are involved in various extracurricular activities, sports, and/or have jobs. I HIGHLY ENCOURAGE YOU to keep in contact with Inderkum's master calendar in order to avoid scheduling conflicts with your students.
I also highly encourage you to keep my communications in your email inbox, as I regularly embed my communications with various hyperlinks and documents to keep you informed of important dates, events, requirements, needs of the music program, etc.
If you are receiving my communications in error, or if you are having difficulty receiving my communications for any reason, please reach out to me so that I can make the necessary corrections.
Thank you all for supporting and encouraging your students. Your presence and support matter!
If I may assist you with anything, please reach out to me. I am here to help.
