In volunteer news, we are in desperate need of bingo volunteers. It is a continual need that we must fill, and we thank those parents who have offered their time. Please examine the Sign-up Genius for available volunteer times. If you have specific questions or would like more details about bingo, please contact our bingo manager directly or visit ourwebsite.
In fundraising news, Paint Night is our current focus. Please join us on Saturday, February 9th at 6:30 p.m. at Just For Fun Art. You may use this link to sign up today. Thetheme of the portrait will be announced soon. We'll see you there!
Continuing with fundraising news, please visit our website for information about Poker Night on Saturday, March 9th at 5:00 p.m at the Pagoda Building (downtown). Seats are beginning to fill, so please reserve yours today! Volunteer needs for this event are being finalized and will be communicated soon.
Beer Night is our Spring fundraiser, and the date has been set. Please mark it on your calendar: April 17th. Please look for more information about this event in future communications.
In regards to Winter Percussion, PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING CORRECTION TO REHEARSAL TIMES:
Mondays and Thursdays, 4:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
All other times noted on the Spring schedule are correct and remain unchanged. Our apologies for the confusion. The availability of facilities, staff schedules, etc. can impact rehearsal times, and we must plan accordingly. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
Winter Percussion, Winter Guards, and Pep Band are in full swing now, and thestudents' rehearsal times and performance dates have been set. The Spring scheduleattached to this transmission provides the necessary details (with the exception of the Winter Percussion rehearsal correction).

*Saturday, May 4th is the Junior/Senior Prom
*Thursday, May 9th is Spring Concert (all ensembles)
*Saturday, May 11th is the music program's Awards Night
*Wednesday, May 22nd is Inderkum's graduation ceremony (music students perform!)
*Tuesday, May 21st - Thursday, May 23rd is Inderkum's finals week
*Thursday, May 23rd is the LAST DAY OF SCHOOL!
