Good evening everyone,
I hope you've had a restful weekend and are ready for the week.
Once again, I apologize for the intermittent lapses in communication in recent weeks. Our normal communication platform has been disabled, and we continue to research ways to permanently resolve our technical difficulties. Thank you for your continued patience in this matter.
Here are your announcements (please keep this transmission in your inbox as it contains important dates, links, etc):
In volunteer news, our continued thanks to those of you who join us at our Sunday bingo sessions. The proceeds from Bingo are the primary source of funding for our many educational opportunities within the music program. It is vital that we keep it predictably staffed each week. Please reach out to ourvolunteer coordinators or our bingo manager for more details. You may also visit our website.
In fundraising news, the cookie dough is coming! It is expected to arrive on October 18th. That being said, we cannot control unexpected circumstances surrounding the delivery. If there is a change in the delivery date, you will be notified. If you would like to help with the sorting and distribution of the cookie dough, please examine the sign-up genius for volunteer opportunities.
In uniform news, our uniform coordinator needs assistance with uniform fittings. This is a ratherurgent matter as our first marching event is this Saturday, October 13th. Please contact our uniform coordinator immediately for volunteer opportunities.

Please support your students in all ways possible by stressing the importance of organization and time management with them.
As previously mentioned, our first band review is this Saturday in Elk Grove (call time at Inderkum is7:00 a.m.). We are in need of multiple volunteers for this event. Again, thank you for your patience as we work through our communications issues. Technology has not been kind to the music program in recent weeks, and we are attempting to resolve our issues as quickly as possible.
