Good evening everyone,
I hope this email finds you rested and ready for the week.
Here are your announcements:
In volunteer news, our continued thanks to our bingo volunteers, as they use their Sundays to support our music program. We could not continue bingo without you! If you would like to get involved, please reach out to our volunteer coordinators. Please view the sign-up genius for available times to volunteer. You may visit our website for more information.
In fundraising news, the cookie dough fundraiser is now complete. The cookie dough is expected to arrive on October 18th. That being said, this delivery date is out of our control, and if there are unforeseen delays, you will be notified as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding in this matter. We will need volunteers to sort and distribute the cookie dough to our families. Please view the sign-up genius for available volunteer opportunities.
Continuing with fundraising news, please save the date: October 2nd. Chipotle Night is coming (at 3830 Truxel Road). Please see the information below. I have also linked the menu for your convenience. Mention Inderkum's band and 50% of all sales will be donated to the program. So, please don't cook dinner that night and join us!
For a more detailed look at fundraisers for the music program, please visit our website. We have many fun things planned this school year (among them: Tiger Bazaar, Chipotle Night, Paint Night, and Poker Night). Thank you so much for your support!
Please encourage your students to continue to support our color guard with their popcorn sales each Friday during lunches in the atrium. Thank you!

Please continue to check Inderkum's website and master calendar for important dates, events, etc. to avoid scheduling conflicts with your students.
Looking forward, October and November will be very busy months for our music students. With multiple football games, band reviews, traveling, and their academics, the students' endurance will be tested. Please support them in all ways possible, and encourage them to reach out for help when needed.
In the near future, donation needs will be distributed to you all. Among them: various food items for the taco bar at the football games, food supplies for band reviews, and cases of water (as on on-going need during marching season). Please be on the lookout for communications addressing these needs.
We are also finalizing the sign-up genius for our various October/November events, which will list various volunteer needs, and it will go live soon. Please be on the lookout for this communication as well.
As always, I am here to help you. If you have questions or concerns, please contact me.
Thank you, and have a great week!
